Modeling a European style shank is demonstrated in two different ways by Mentor Jewelers Joel McFadden and Gary Dawson. It can be both fun and instructional to see how other people model! This brief video demonstrates one benefit of working in SubD in the Rhino 7 WIP. In it I show the difference between modifying an object in NURBS vs. Sub D to get similar, yet subtly better results. |
