- Scheduled classes run over a 7-week period, with one 3-hour class each week for 21+ hours of instruction.
- All scheduled classes are held as a live webinar using "GoToMeeting software. This allows for everyone in the "virtual classroom" to see my demo screen and hear my voice. In most cases we will leave student mikes open so any student can ask a question or seek clarification at any time. I always allow plenty of time for question-answer sessions.
- During any session it is possible to allow a specific attendee share their screen so that we may work out problems together. Otherwise, only the instructor screen is visible.

- Recordings are made of each session and will be available for attendee review for at least a month after each class.
Refund Policy:
Once paid, my standard 7-session course is fully refundable until the beginning of the 2nd class. Refund requests after the second class will be prorated by the number of classes delivered either live or by video until the 6th class, after which no refund is available.
